There’s a snake key in the dissection room of the processing area. To access the re and blue key card location, obtain the snake key. A door downstairs in the Dissection room can also be unlocked with the snake key.

In the Processing Area’s Incinerator Room, you’ll find the Dissection Room Key. You must first open the one with the bloody handprint and Tamara’s, as explained in the Incinerator Room Memo, to get to Travis’ chamber (along with a Molded).
